OnePlus is Scamming Customers with Exchange Policies and Customer Support

Issue with EXCHANGE SERVICE.
OnePlus had scammed me by saying they'd accept phones on exchange by giving a exchange policy which says "Phones will be rejected ONLY if 2 or more functionalities are damaged". This is on the official website.
They are tagged to Cashify for exchange service. However, cashify has not adhered to this policy which they have put up!!! This very policy was not followed. And OnePlus is not taking responsibility as I have booked my phone and exchange phone on official Oneplus website!!!
We as consumers adhere to the policy put up by them. My exchange phone is in completely good condition with no dents, no screen damage, calls are perfect, internet is good, battery is good. However, the outer part of camera glass is slightly broken. This hasn't even affected the camera. I have showed it to the delivery agent by clicking a picture. Camera functionality is not damaged. Camera is working perfectly fine.
However, OnePlus tells me that they don't know anything about this and it should be taken care by CASHIFY coz they are the 3rd party exchange partner. Now, how is this even my problem? OnePlus is tagged to CASHIFY and not me. I didn't even know about cashify till then. They didn't even connect me to Cashify and told me to check Google and find cashify phone number on my own.
Now, cashify IS NOT READY TO TALK TO US. THEY ARE NOT READY TO LISTEN. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY RESOLUTION EITHER. THEY BLAME ONE PLUS and just escape the situation. It's their policy which is on OnePlus website according to OnePlus. But, it is vice versa according to Cashify.
It's they, who are supposed to connect and solve the issue. Why was the policy even put up of they are gonna ultimate reject a phone which adheres to their policy??? My phone is in perfectly fine condition. And it doesn't fit the Policy description which says "REJECTED ONLY ID 2 OR MORE FUNCTIONALITIES ARE DAMAGED". What kind of customer support is this ?
The live chat agent Abhishek Dwivedi from cashify was of no use. I spoke to customer support agent vishwas from OnePlus.. he was rude and blamed cashify.
Utter useless as they haven't even properly resolved this issue with me.
OnePlus is inturn blaming cashify coz it's their policy. What is this ? Hide and seek game ??? do they think, We customers can be blamed and fooled???

After the delivery agent rejected my exchange phone, OnePlus has not notified me. There is no communication regarding refund and every time I call them, they act rude and tell me that refund will be processed in few days ??? What kind of service is this. I can't even go and buy a phone without the required money. It's hard earned money. How's it my fault that they don't trust the delivery partner and want to see the package first and then refund? I haven't even seen the package. All I ask for is a communication and refund. It's been 4 days, no communication no refund yet.

The package was couriered back and it's been more than 5 days. I see that it's delivered to warehouse and my order status on website says "order closed". Where is the refund????? No communication on order cancellation. No refund processed. As per their customer support, refund should have been processed immediately once the package went back. THIS IS FRAUD and OnePlus having a big name is such a bullshit. Can't maintain neat system. Cannot even communicate. Haven't refunded my hard earned money. It's not 1 or 2 Rs . It's thousands together.
