I booked an outstation sedan on Ola from terminal 3, IGI airport Delhi to my home in New Mohanpuri, Meerut. The company confirmed booking by mentioning a Swift Dezire with registration number HR69D4167.
To my surprise the cab provided by company was not a sedan but a hatchback mini category vehicle. I was charged wrongly for prime sedan showing the vehicle as Swift Dezire by Ola.
They also charged me showing excess kilometer reading, than traveled. On complaining ticket no. [Protected]was issued and it was mentioned that a team is looking into it, but even after three days no action has been taken by company.
The necessary proofs were attached with the complaint.
