Charged extra ₹2000 No refund since 6.5 months

I booked a Ola Outstation Mini using Ola app from Gurugram Haryana to Panipat Haryana on 14January 2023. At the time of booking, Ola app was showing total charges approx. Rs2500 plus toll tax. After completion of the trip, Ola app started showing tariff around 4800 and also charged me the same amount Rs. 4800. It was because of the incorrect Odometer reading entered by Ola cab driver. Instead of 135 Km for whole journey, it showed 267Km.
After a long call with Ola support, they promised to issue refund within a week. I have email proofs and screenshots but no refund issued. Ola support contacted me to provide bank account details and I provided the same. Still no refund issued. After some days, they stopped responding on email, phone and twitter saying issue is resolved. Its pending since 14January 2023. Today its 22July 2023. Please help.
