Overcharging by the driver

I had booked an Ola Cab to travel from Powai to Family Court in BKC, Mumbai. At the time of booking the cab the fare indicated was ₹364. However the driver took me to a wrong place and then after checking with people around, he took me to the right place. But he charged me ₹716 instead of ₹364.
It was the driver’s mistake in taking me to a wrong place and then to the right place which was only around 3 kms away. How could he charge me ₹352 extra for no fault of mine. I want this money refunded.
