Regarding Ola Electric Bike Cancellation Refund; OlaElectric.in

I had cancelled my Ola electric bike reservation on 30th march and I was told that I would get the refund back in 7 working days but it’s been 1 month 20 days now and still I haven’t received my refund back.
Ola has been worsts there’s no proper customer response by Ola, there’s no customer care number. Ola is making scams I request People not to book any Ola electric bikes as it’s performance is also worst.
I hope I get a favourable reply by consumer complaints.
