On 09/04/22 I booked a ola cab from Devanahalli near Bangalore airport to Hosa Road (Basapura) on hosur road. After reaching the destination Driver requested me to pay in cash (Rs. 1276/-). I too paid the same in a hurry.
Later I found that the amount was auto debited. On 10/04/22 I informed the same to ola authorities through their app (support). I have been sending mails but irrelevant replies I have received so far.
Despite my several reminders they used to send copy paste mails (system generated mails) without knowing the subject. Finally on 04/05/22 I found in their app (support) that my issue is solved.
Unilaterally they have closed my complaint without any result. I tried to contact them through customer care number (many times) but unable to get their connection.
It’s nearly 25 days over but till date no action has been taken against the driver and whether the recovery is made or not is not known. They simply closed my complaint.
In this connection I request all the customers who are going to take ola cabs service while going out should take care. Complaint attendance and resolution is very very poor or negative in ola services.
