Ola Cabs: Charging Again For Already Bill

I took a ride on 16 March 22 which was postpaid. Driver asked for cash payment so i paid 80 rs. When i complaint to ola they mentioned we cant help, i thought let it be. Monthly postpaid bill got generated and it mentions to pay 80 rs. for that ride.

I paid that bill on time on 27 march 22. But still i keep getting reminder for that bill atleast 5 times a day. Initially i did not react as in bill they mention that ignore the reminder if already paid.

But now those reminder is like a harassment to me as they have not stopped. In my email and on sms they keep sending reminders. I raised complaint on 27 April 22 and since then multiple complaint i raised but they keep mentioning since the time to report the issue exceeded so we cant take complaint.

I have shared the upi reference id also for bill payment done still they did not consider the complaint. I am an honest and fair user of any of such services and have clean record of clearing all debt on time.

Such instances just shake my beliefs in honest and humanity. Please help me to get the complaint with ola looked upon and verified atleast for payment done against bill through paytm upi.
