I booked ola cab on 15 may from Pune to thane. The car licenses were expired. The fitness certificate was expired still the car was given to us for trip. Accident happened. My family hospitalized. No reimbursement given. My sister job lost.
I want complete loss reimbursement and my family suffered trauma. Mental and Physical every way.
