Sir/madam,
I made my first purchase at nykaa beauty store online but didn't receive my package.The order number is NYK-[Protected]. I lost around 400rs. I contacted the customer care several times but no satisfactory updates were provided.
I emailed them simultaneously which was responded with just system generated mails. it's been two weeks since I filed the complaint at their website but no practical methods were chosen to solve this problem.
The complaint file number is -[Protected].In their app my order seems completed and delivered but I assure that neither me nor my family members received any package.
I even requested for a refund but that was declined as well. When I asked the customer care staffs about the manager's number or any contact number of somebody at a higher position, they simply just put me on hold until the call was disconnected.
I had this horrible experience with their staffs. After I sent a demanding email they responded that they are trying to reach me but stated that my registered phone number didn't help them to place a call.
I provided them an alternate phone number as well as a convenient time slot but I received no calls from them whatsoever. Now I have no means of claiming my money back other than filing a complaint at this portal.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible that I may benefit sooner. Thank you.
