Few days back I ordered a skincare from nykaa fashion app. But when I received the product, the box was empty so i requested to return but nykaa fashion seems to have rejected my plea. It was already paid. While ordering the produ, it was clearly mentioned that the product is returnable in Case of inconvenience. (Screenshot of that I will be attaching below) I want my money back as soon as possible. But their team is not responding. I daily check nykaa fashion app for my return details but it was not showing anything and now when i opened it today my plea was rejected for no reason. They did not even tell the reason for the rejection of my return. The order was prepaid. The empty box is of no use for me. If I don't get my return It's been 3 days for my return request. You are the only one who can help me out in this so please I request you to do that for me. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Hope to see from you soon thankyou !!
