Here is my customer id of netplus - 000[Protected]From past 5,6 months i have been changed my plan fro 70 mbps to 100mbos, though plan has been changed but the modem hasn't been changed as your employee on customer care confirm this.
She told me that modem is not sufficient enough to cater 100mbps. I want the refund from past 6 months for the bill i pay for 100mbps as still the speed is for 70mbps.
Netplus Broadband this is the worst service ever i encountered, i have my connection deactivated on 7 Sep, (Act number 0002400815) the connection is deactivated and i also paid my bill on next month but still in Nov it gets activated again and the bill of 54 rs comes again, not sure why.
The worst customer care service one if the biggest illiterate over there, they don't know anything. please settle my fucking asap, and take your modem from my home, so many times i tell them to please receive your modem.

After that everything is settled why the bill of 1oct - 31 Oct which is 54 rs comes again. I am attaching my both bill of Sep and October and all the payment has been made.
Also attaching the email from your end when my service has suspended on 14th Sep.
