Netplus Broadband: Extra Payment Refunrd

By mistake paid the yearly bill to netplus twice on 31.7.23 . I requested them to refund the excess amount. as per their advise sent cancelled copy of cheque on 04.8.23 for processing of Refund. But its been 2 months but company has not refunded the amount yet. I have sent numerous Emails also called customer care number a lot of time but to no avail. Its my money and that too they company is not refunding it back to me. How can a refund process is taking 2 months. I don't know how much more I have to wait for Refund.
