Netplus Broadband: Regarding refund of security charges

When I used their service, they took 500 rs security charges and told me that they will return it when I will stop using their broadband Wifi connection. I told them in the beginning of Oct month that I don't want to continue with your connection. They have completed all the formalities but they didn't return the security charges. They keep on saying that local connector will return these charges and local connector told me that they are fooling you. They are the one who have received the security charges so they should return it as well. It is completely misguidance to a customer who used their Wifi service for almost one year. Please take strict actions against them as they can do the same to other customers as well. I have tried my best to talk to them regarding this. I called them at least 20 times on their customer care number but everytime they just told me to wait for 1 last day. This is happening since last 3 weeks. Then I called their local connector at least 10 times. He told me that they are fooling you. They have got all the information regarding what you have paid in the beginning. When I confirmed the same from their customer executive, he told me that yes, this info is visible to them. But they can't do anything. As only consumer has to communicate with the local connector to ask them to return their company. It simply means that this organization is irresponsible and is capable of fooling their customers very well.

This is very very bad thing that a customer complaint to netplus customer care and their employee did not take is seriously, every time they told you that wait for 1 hour our Engineer come to you today or tomorrow but there tomorrow will never came,I launched a complaint on 29-08-23 ,but still today 15-09-23 did not come a single person to me. Even I talk to Distributor and their engineer Kamal Sangha , they told me your complaint will be solve tomorrow.It means Distributor and company Employee is not serious about there work.They pick there salary and the work is over.

Netplus is playing between the local service provider and the company, both are playing the blame game and no one is ready to take the ownership. The after sales services provided by this company is seriously pathetic . I will never suggest anyone to go for net Plus

They have taken Rs 5000/- as modem security from me And Rs 1000/- installation charges. And now not refunding security amount when asked to disconnect my connection. And they charge Rs 500/- every time while giving services for each complaint regarding connection. And while installation they were saying there is no hidden charges apart from monthly rent.

is your problem resolved sir, because same thing is happening with me. they are just fooling us, local operator is refusing to refund money, customer care is saying we can't do anything, local operator will refund the money.
