I have placed an order on night queen of night dresses worth rs 760 on 28th sept. 2023 This sight is continuously showing on Instagram with different different offers which seems to be very attractive and i thought there are so many start ups which are doing business on Instagram and its my personal experience of shopping on Instagram. And i have received my order on time which they have mentioned in the mail.

But i have tried first time this start up night queen because their products and offers are very attractive. I have never thought that they will doing any kind of fraud.
One thing which i want to add when you placed any order from their site in payment option you have to make the pre payment only there is no option for cash on delivery.

Still i have ordered the product on the basis of trusting my past experience and the Instagram platform. Now it has been 8 days and i still not have any update of my order.My order no. is 1565.So its my humble request to provide me the product else refund my money.Other wise i have to file my complaint in consumer court only.
