Placed order but not received confirmation and product delivery

I have ordered dryfruits for Rs.839.but still I am not getting my product. Pls deliver the product or refund my amount atleast .Indian government - pls take necessary steps against this kind of frauds and save us from them.very much scared of doing online purchase after this incident.
