I had ordered a pair of cargo pants instead of which a men’s T-shirt was delivered. When I called the customer care number, the man asked me to download the anydesk app and forced me to share the screen which I did not as it sounded like a scam call. He mentioned his name to be vishal singh whereas on Truecaller it displayed as Sandeep Kumar.

This clearly proofs that this is a fraud website and are looting people. When asked for the QR code scanner at delivery for payment the delivery person asked to transfer the money on his personal number. Every time you call the customer care number the same person receives the call and tried to scam you. When u say that they do not sound genuine and refuse to share your phone screen he simply replies saying you can disconnect the call.

I tried calling 3-4 times the same person picks up the call and asks questions about your bank name, if you use a debit card or a credit card and how the payment was done. When I said I would register a complain saying he is a fraud he wasn’t scared at all. Which clearly shows that they are professional scamsters.
