Delivered wrong product

I have ordered a jewel set from myshopify.com but the product I received is not the same.They have cheated us.Now we are unable to return the product also.I want to return the product and get the refund.When I tried to contact the delivery boy,he denied to take the return.I am unable to trace the website and return the product.Kindly help or I should have to go to consumer court.
