Complaint regarding purchase of boat sound bar and headphone

I have ordered one boat sound bar and one headphone from myshopify.com page that showed up to be there on Instagram, I have placed the order and made the payment successfully but I didn't get any bill or confirmation from the website on any of my email ID that I have given on the description page , please register my complaint and resolve it asap.
