My name is Rohit Dhawan. I’m an Influencer and And I’ve been contacted by a freelancing marketing agency people to do work for Brand called Oak Smith. They promised me to pay 1500/- for that and i need to post 3-4 pictures on my Instagram profile with product and said payment will be cleared within 35-40 days.

I’ve posted it on March 8 and today the date is 22nd April. I’ve waited approx 2 months and also called them in between but they keep on saying that they’ve not received payment from brand and will take more days.

This is totally unprofessional and a fraud thing. If they’ve promised to pay within 35-40 days they’ve to. They’ve enough time to deal with brand but they keep on saying that they can’t give exact date but keep patience.

I really need your help. For a picture with product, I’ve shoot it professionally and invested approx 1000 rs for shooting for that product. And I really need that back.
