On 28.02.2021 I paid an amount of Rs 2243/- via Google pay transaction ID [Protected], the transaction was successful but the merchant is refusing stating that We have not received any amount. Further I asked many times for refunding my amount back to me. But again they were refusing and asking me to contact my bank.

Then I called in MORE customer care, they told me that don't worry you will get your amount back. Then again I called MORE customer care after 72 hrs, this time they given me cluster managers phone number and told me to speak with him, assuring me that he will definitely refund your amount back. I spoke with that cluster manager he not entertain me.

Then I mailed to RBI regarding this transaction, further I got reply from SBI as my savings bank account is with SBI. SBI mailed me that on the same day itself We transferred the amount to merchant, you contact them and ask for the refund amount. Then further I contacted MORE supermarket and then MORE customer care also but nothing happened.

Sir I am fed up of all this things. They exhausted my money and they are not ready to give me my amount back even after showing the bank statement. So please help me to get my amount back. As bank statement is never wrong and its almost 09 months over contacting the merchant, customer care, cluster manager everyone. Now for harassment I want my amount of Rs 2243/- plus penalty amount for this nine months, please help me to get my amount back. Its my humble request to you.
