I had paid a sum of Rs 2243/- via Google pay in More supermarket on 28.02.2021 via transaction ID[Protected]but they are telling they not received any amount. Further I mailed to RBI they are telling that on the same day itself money transferred to merchant's account.
Since February I am contacting More customer care But no one is entertaining me. Lots of time I called to customer care but none is refunding my amount. I contacted the cluster manager, store's manager But they are also refusing to refund my amount. Please help me to get my amount back. The customer care is just useless.
