This is to inform you that I'm mehak singh. I'm a resident of Bangalore City leaving in hsr Layout, I placed two orders of power bank and adapter with charger on 24th Nov 2021 through mi store for my friend.

The product were Mi 27W Sonic Charge Adapter White with price of 549/- rupee and 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 3i Black with price of 1699/- rupee. The total cost was 2248/- rupee in total.

But, again i made one purchase of 20000 mAh Mi Power Bank 3i Black with price of 1699/- rupee. So, in total they have to refund me 3947/- rupee. But, In 5-10 mins I cancelled both the orders, it's been 40 days.

I compliant them 5-8 times all the time or it can be more than 9 times as well but all the time they said it will be done with in 5-7 days but nothing was made. I need compensation for same.

I Waited for so many days because of their careless attitude. I just have few things:- Is this is the way you treat your customers. Seriously this kind of behaviour is not acceptable.
