Replacement Of Faulty Panel Is Not Done In 15 Days

Dear sir
This is in regards to the brand new Mi LED TV 4A 108cm 43 inch LED television Sr No (3033/C0[Protected]). I purchased from KRESCENT SOFT-SKILLS PVT LTD, DHANTOLI, NAGPUR MAHARASHTRA on dated 01/02/2021.
I called at mi service center from 16/06/2022 to 03/07/2022 but they not replaced my tvs part. On dated 25/06/2022 the repairman came to home with an old TV for replacement which i rejected.
Sir i purchased the same TV at ₹25,999/- then why should i replace my new one TV with an old one. I requested them for please change my faulty panel only. Sir please i request you to do the needful and change my TV panel (faulty) by new one.
