I have a poco x2 user and my product is out of warranty. After new MIUI update my phone camera dead. So i contact to service center and due to company product fault service center accept my phone for submit and provide me a job sheet WXIN[Protected].
AND told me to wait for 7 working days. After a week service center call me that my poco x2 phone will not repair and on behalf of this company five me POCO F1. Poco f1 is a 2 year old phone.
So i disagree to receive the phone and complaint to company service center. Job sheet number WOIN[Protected]and told me that my issue will be resolved till Feb 16th but from 16 Feb to till i am just waiting .
Every time they told me we are working and my team will be contact to you but no one to connect me. My simple request the either fix the issue of poco x2 or provide me alternate phone of poco x2 or and update higher version phone. I will not accept poco f1 2year old phone.
