I have order 3 redmi 9a device on 8 March 2022 With order I'd [Protected]and i have paid 24000 already means it's a prepaid order and in tracking they show that your order is reached to panipat after 3-4 days and i checked that but delivery is not done.

And I have call mi support they told me that please wait for 2-3 days you will receive your order and after 3 days i again check that where is my order it still shows in panipat and then I again call mi support for delivering my order.

And i again they told me to wait 2-3 days and i am calling daily from 15 days regularly they told me we are working please wait they don't do nothing only asking me to wait now about 19 days gone I still not have received my order.

And call mi support please cancel or you can deliver my order but they don't nothing only asking for please wait now 19 days gone so please help me I think I don't get my device and also wasted my 24000 hard earned money.

And now you are my last hope please help me please do something so that I can get my order.
