I wasn't present to collect my order as I had something really important to attend to I had left my daughter in the house locked and she told me that a delivery guy came and he just continued banging the door and ringing the bell .When she opened the door he said there is an order she told him very kindly that right now she can't accept the order as the door has been locked from the outside but he instead started shouting at her by saying then why did you ordered are you crazy.

She even apologized to him but instead he left and started asking workers of you can take the order of the ground floor ones seriously this whole incident was unbelievable.

it angered me a lot it was fine if he had cancelled the order but banging my door and ringing my door bells and shouting at my daughter was not fine seriously meesho has the worst customer care ever and the delivery guys are getting more rude and rude uninstalling this pathetic app because they don't know how to treat a customer!!!!
