I ordered one product from Meesho on 13 March 2024 and the product expected to be delivered on 24 March 2024. But Today is 3rd April it passed around 2 weeks and I didn't receive any updates of dispatching or cancelling regarding the product . I had already talked with their agent but I didn't solved the problem. They told me to wait for 24 hours everytime when I asked them about the product and after 24 hours had passed I didn't see any changes in the ordered list. It's seems that I have to wait for another 24 hours. This is my first time facing this kind of problems while shopping from Meesho.
The Company had done so many good things for me and other customers also by giving us best item in cheap price , quick delivery service and now I am very disappointed this time. I think I will surely lose my trust on this company next time. So What I would like to say is please try to solve my problem as soon as possible. I wanted either the product to dispatched or Cancelled. I agree with both of the situation. Please make sure to give me the updates of it . If the product is not going to dispatched then cancelled my order and process my refund.
