Related exchange of wrong product delivered

I have ordered combo bag offer from meesho on 25th of april and delivered to me on 29th of april.but i was wrong item.so i have requested for exchange.the deliver boy came and take parcle for exchange but till today product is not exchanged.kindly do the needful.
