This is regarding my order from the shopping app meesho. Firstly even after the delivery it was more than two weeks that the status was not even updated, I have already raised complaint many times regarding this.
And then I have raised the return request of my product and your customer care people are just saying your matter will be resolved by 24 hours again and again. I have made complaint and talk to the customer care for more than 5-6 times.
The return request is already been approved from very long and nobody informed me about you have to raise return request once more. Firstly it was your mistake that even after 2 weeks the status was not even updated.
And i was again and again talking to customer care and they were saying that sorry for inconvenience but your Matter will be resolved soon and now they are saying that your return time is already gone now nothing can happen.
So here i m attaching the screenshot of my return request which is already approved and not picking because pf your mistake further I'll complaint in consumer court because this was not my mistake even 1%.
So hope meesho to resolve this problem on your own otherwise i have to go to consume court.
