The product has been picked up, but the refund is still not processed yet. Its been mpre than 25 days, theres mo update on my request. I asked them to get me the product back, even that they are not doing. So i'm left with neither the product nor the money, just a fraud company.

After facing thia issue, i searched is someone else has been through the same, and i found a list of people facing this fraud. Despite of raising multiple complaints i get the same scripted resolution everytime from a guy ned Vishal. Looks like there's none workinh in the backend on the resolution, its just a way to distract, and they run away with the money.
