I've purchased a product from meesho for 267×2 quantity amount is total 534.
Received only 1 item. I've made a video & raised a return for the same. Then received a call & mail to cancel the return. They will refund me the 1 item amount i.e. 267/- then i cancelled the return.
They ensured that amount will be initiated within 2 working Days & will reflect within 5-8 working days (till 20 april 2022). I called them several times not proper response then on 20.04.2022 received mail that amount has been initiated today, will reflect within 5-8 working days. Now its being more than 8 working days after 20.04.2022. Total its being more than 1 month.
Nobody is responding, nobody is reverting my mails. I dont know what to do. Please Help.
