I placed a prepaid order for 2 units of a product on Meesho on February 2, 2024.this was the first time i placed an order in Messho. The products were not delivered on time as per ETA. it already been more than 12 days and i don't want to wait for the order. I am currently experiencing an issue with cancelling the products, and the company is not acknowledging their mistake would like a refund for my purchase.
I have called customer care many times about the order delivery. every time they ask me to wait 4 to 5 working days to resolve the issue. unfortunately the issue is not resolving accordingly. i don't have any choice to express my dissatisfaction about Meesho management and customer care.
