I received the product on 19th Jul 2022, same day Request raise for return, Meesho team cancelled the return. I don't receive any mail or sms. Now I checked in APP after few days later its showing its cancelled you need to re initiate within 3days. date is 30 after 10 days.
not return initiate not available, team is saying after 7 days it will not happened. Called CC not happing they also. Same things saying you need to check in app.
After reuttering product, it will cancelled and need to do it again, I am not aware about this policy of any online shopping app. Please help me, as product also defective.
