I have order the product on 1st of April and 5th of April you have delivered but product is empty there is no earphones in the box. Very same day I have raised the exchange request and next day delivery boy have picked up the product. Now your app showing your pick up has been cancelled. Now I have raised the new request, but you have written that your product will pick up with in 3-4 days how I can return product again as you have already taken the my parcel return for exchange. It's 10 days still my parcel is not exchange. Request you to plz delivered my exchange product correctly or refund my money.
