I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by the Meesho app, particularly regarding the mishandling of my refund amount.
On [Protected], I initiated a refund request for UV protection glasses that I purchased through the Meesho app. The reason for the refund was product prices decrease. According to Meesho's refund policy, I should have received the refund amount within 7 days of initiating the request. But refund amount are generally got credited within 24 hours. They cheating with me.
However, it has been 10+ days since I initiated the refund request, and I have yet to receive the refund amount in my account. I have followed up multiple times through the app's customer support system, providing all necessary details and documentation, but to no avail.
This delay in processing the refund is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the customer service standards of Meesho. As a loyal customer who has frequently used the Meesho app for shopping, I am deeply disappointed by this experience.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and ensure that my refund amount is credited to my account without any further delay. Additionally, I request compensation for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the mishandling of my refund request.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and explore other avenues to seek redress.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Your immediate attention to this issue is highly appreciated.
