I ordered a blouse but got different blouse so I created return within half an hour uploaded the photo too what I received. Next day delivery boy came and said sorry I can't accept the product because it is not the same product you ordered.Please talk to customer care about this after that ill able to pickup the product I called to meeshos customer care and said sorry we can't return the product because we have sent you right product.

Worst Customer service.Meesho is cheating customers by sending wrong product and when return request is raised stating wrong product it’s getting rejected and telling that we have sent a correct product shipment team has confirmed that correct product has been sent.So we cannot give exchange or you cannot return the product Supervisor says this is a rare case which happens but we cannot do anything for this Ban this fraud app plz as soon as possible.

This is so cheap and fraud app ever Please go with Other trusted app like ajio , myntra , amazon they are lil expensive as compare to meesho but they are not doing the fraud like meesho Their customer care service is so so disgusting and worst I'll file a complaint to the consumer forum this happened with me 3-4 time. Now I have no more patient left. I want my money.
