I have ordered some makeup product from online store name is makeoverbypoujas. but I haven't receive my product till now and she doesn't do proper reply for my message and haven't received any replies from WhatsApp too.

I have filled complaint on consumer affairs. After that she says that she will resend my product within 15 days but she didn't send me any update or tracking. Again I have called consumer affairs.

But they couldn't do anything because she didn't respond for their mail also.Not only me she cheated many people and they also wrote many comments on her post but after few days she blocked us. Please do any action regarding this.
