Misselling Of Car

I am Amritanshu Kumar Roy. I bought a car(XUV 300) from Mahindra & Mahindra (Siwan Tractors Pvt. Ltd.) on 23 October 2021. They give me a defected card instead of new car. Many parts of car are not working.
When I was driving car with my family then steering was locked on 80Km/h speed. that day accident can be done. When I told to dealer about this but he didn't help me. When I show my car in Mahindra car service center in Noida U.P.
Then l found out that PDI report of my car was not submitted till date. I complained to Mahindra & Mahindra customer care. They give me a complaint number. Complaint number is CF[Protected]but they are not working on my complaint.
