I have booked Mahindra XUV700 with booking amount of Rs. 21,000 on Feb, 2023 & cancelled the booking on Aug 10th, 2023 (Send a mail with cancellation cheques details) due to vehicle unavailability on time as conveyed during booking. Every time when I asked they simply said next week it will be refunded vice versa.

I am tired of calling the dealership every week & got the same response. As per your term within 20-25 days it will be refunded (https://auto.mahindra.com/terms-of-use).still how many 20-25 days to be wait for refunding the amount. initially waiting for vehicle availability & now i am waiting for the refund. Please do let us know the time for refund or else will go for legal action.
