Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I Kumari Sindhiya has taken a car loan number- [Protected]from Mahindra and Mahindra finance Private Limited situated in Jharkhand Dhanbad.

However due to unavoidable reasons I was unable to pay my car loan EMI Rs.6000/- for the month of November and December 2021 as I have also taken loan restructuring scheme from Mahindra and Mahindra finance Private Limited, located Dhanbad , Jharkhand.

However, I have already paid today dated 12/12/2021 loan amount Rs. 6000/- for the month of November 2021. So, today dated 12/12/2021 they have seized my Vehicle Registration number JH 10BE 9881, without any prior notice and above all my EMI date falls on 10th of every month.

Sir, I want to know in how many missed EMI can a financer seize a Vehicle? So I would request you to kindly help me on this issue, I would be very grateful to you.
