Sir,
I am sumit Sharma & I bought a car XUV-500 on 28th July 2021. I get this car after exchanging my old car from Jaipur, Pratap Nagar dealer. In the meantime, when I bought car Mahindra announced that XUV-700 will be launch soon & XUV-500 will hold for some time but not discontinue.

Same commitment given to me & good discount they offered me. I feel that was trap for buyer. From when I am running car since I found some problem that Car reverse camera not working.

In initial I just neglect & informed at first service to service centre at sec. 52 Gurgaon. They told everything is Ok. After completing service immediately, I found that my sunroof is not working.

I rush to workshop but at that time it was fine working. But I face same thing repeating some time open & some time does not open with Reverse parking sensor not working.

In mean while I run 5 day trip regular around 2000Km trip to find out the issue in car in Dec’21. After that I give my car for second service on Jan’2 2022 at tiger eye workshop & they took my car around 5 days & finally they found that there is some wiring issue & and arrange wire.

My problem was resolved after 17 days after long chase and regular twee at their twitter account. In mean while around 7 days I run my car without music system & reverse camera & When I visit my friends they make joke on me that I spent 2.5M INR for this kind junk.

Which hurt me & affect my emotions & feeling humiliated in front of my friends. Apart from this they took my car at warehouse for 7-8 days which affect my pocket for daily works.

Then again, I found the same situation facing in March 1st week. Also tiger eye didn’t feel proper DEF & car give me signalling of low DEF which again give me mentally tension.

As I run my car only 4K k. after service. I get refiled DEF but due to short of time I didn’t get work on my reverse sensor. In mean while I found that some time Car gate alarm is giving false alarm.

After that I tweet on 30th march again Mahindra. They act and I handover my car 8th April with mention that I can handover only for 1 day. If they took more than 2 day & not clear when problem will be solved.

I am making this complain in below points & help me to get justice.
1) When I purchased car dealer make me fool mention that the car will not discontinue. And when I tried to sell car in Dec’21 due to frustration. I am getting only 16.5L of 23.5L car. Which make me huge loss.

2) Very poor after sales service & handle the customer.
3) I get humility no. of time in front of my family & friends due to their product performance is poor.
4) Mentally harassment & tension due to car not working properly.

5) I also get scratch my car due to camera not working. And Mahindra team denying to repair at their cost. Which is happen due to camera not working properly.
