I received my new car (Bolero neo N10 - Rocky Beige) on 5th of Jan'22. I have give for first service  after 1000km ride on 7th Feb'22. There weren't any issue while handing over the car for service.

However I received  a call from service center stating "microhybrid technology" is not working. However they kept the vehicle for 4 days just to check the issue. Today 10th Feb'22 we received the car but the issue is not resolved yet.

The customer service is not helping us to resolve the issue as well as the showroom managers are not responding. Now they are asking us to come back on 19th Feb 22 because they have some service camp and they can not concentrate on our vehicle particularly. 

Worst experience  ever with Mahindra. Kindly yelp us to resolve this for long term or else replace the car. Ph. [Protected].
