Charging Amount On Carry Bags; M/s Avenue SuperMarts Ltd.

Hello,
I have purchased RS. 5,700 worth of goods/products at Demart (Kukatpally, Y junction), but still the Dmart store charged Rs. 16 per single carry bag and I bought 3 carry bags worth of 48 Rs. (Per 3 bags).
I would like to file a complaint on this Dmart branch store for charging me this 48 Rs. additional amount even though courts and consumer forum statement about "not to charge any extra amount for carry bags in Malls and stores".
Dmart/Avenue super markets should pay penalty about this case as in my opinion it is a big scam for charging this additional amount on carry bags. How the companies will charge the amount on the carry bags even after government regulations.
Hope my complaint brings awareness among the people to react on such kind of incidents on future. Please try to work on this complaint as soon as possible, so that the accused company will not be charge such kind of unnecessary burdens on customer head.
Hope this complaint gets resolved in a short period of time. Please try to look into my issue and provide me the solution for this recurring incident. I'll look forward for your answer. Thank you for taking my complaint.
