Today 08/03/24 go to shopping with our family at the time of billing store manager not accepted the valid legal tender 500 note due slightly cut note as per RBI guidelines you have not decline the legal tender after your store manager are Misbehave and unwanted exchange of the words with my family members we have taken the video footage and we have registered the complaint with RBI and consumer forum.What type of the staff are working with your store and they are needed for training how to behave with customer. We have request to you take the necessary action against the matter.
