I came across the website of “Luxisma” (now changed to “Luxismark”) and ordered some imported products from their website which was luxisma.com (now changed to luxismark.com) on 17.06.2021.One of the staff members from the office of Luxismark told me that if I pay in advance for my order, there will be an extra ten percent discount that I can avail. In the light of the same, on 18.06.2021, I paid through RTGS the said amount. I was promised that the goods would be delivered within one month from the date of payment, i.e., on or before 18.07.2021. I had been constantly asking to the staff at Luxismark to trace my order through WhatsApp messages and e-mails, but time and again they were buying time from me, while stating that the delay was due to issues at the customs department, which was the reason for inordinate delay. I did not receive any product from my shipment till one and half month. I was assured that I will receive my order till mid of August, 2021, and in case of failure, I will be refunded with the amount that I have paid and my order shall stand cancelled. That on 05.09.2021, I had received one product out of the six products that I had ordered, which was a watch from the brand alleged to be “Rolex”. On opening of the package, I found that the watch was not authentic. The watch was not working properly and on 07.09.2021, I filed an exchange or refund request, as per the policy of “Luximark” stated on its portal and till now, there is no response accepting my request from their end. That when all my resources were exhausted and there was no compliance to the promises that Luxismark made, I was left with no other option than to send a legal notice through my lawyer to the registered address of Luxismark, that is provided on their website, but the notice was returned unserved with the remarks “insufficient address”. I have neither received my correct order nor have I been refunded the amount that I had paid in full. I am convinced that Luxismark is fraudulently operating its business and is cheating the public at large by misappropriating their monies and also by selling counterfeited and fake products. I have been cheated and defrauded of my monies and I wish to bring businesses like Luxismark to all the people and warn them that they only post alluring offers on their website but these are just false pretenses on which their business is running and milking money out of the pockets of the people.
