LuxisMark.com: Payment Taken But There’s No Reply

I placed an order for a bag at the site www.luxismark.com on 16 sept 2021 and according to the policy it should have dispatched in 3-4 days after making the advance payment of 30 percent. I made the payment on 16th sept 2021. once the payment was made, i was told that i will receive a confirmation mail which i did.

But after that,it hasn’t been dispatched as yet. Whenever i enquired about it, they replied a couple of times saying it’s in transit. But now they have stopped replying also. The phone numbers which they gave are mostly switched off or not in service or the incoming call is not activated. Prior to the advance payment.

They called me up so many times to make the 30 percent advance payment so that they can dispatch the order.they took a 30 percent advance which is Rs 10,998/-. Once the payment is done, there’s no reply from them. How can i get my money back? Even after almost 20 days there’s no proper update about my order.

I want to file a complaint against this site as it appears fake to me now. Please help me get my money back. And i hope a strict action is taken against them.
