I ordered a Tshirt (Order No :298801) worth Rs 6500 from Luxisma.com and they delivered a different Tshirt with dirt marks. They claim to supply authentic stock of the brand but the tshirt turned out to be fake.

I am trying since last 2 month to take the return but they are not doing so. I also wrote a mail to them from which I did not receive any revert.

They hardly receive call and when they do they say will revert and then no one respond. I also have the screenshot of all the chat. With their executive for your requirement.
