I had ordered products worth Rs 76500. LV Shoes & Cap. Gucci slippers & Cap and belt. The product was bad quality so I called the customer service to ask for refund.

They always give out fake names, she called herself twinkle and later I found out from The delivery company ECOM that her name is Siya. Boxes were broken, no bill or any other credentials received as they had committed in the email also.
So I got Suspicious and I got the products verified at the showroom. Showroom people confirmed that the products are FAKE.

When I asked for refund they never returned any calls or replied to messages. This looks like a a very strategically planned mass financial fraud in action. Please DONT buy products from them, don’t fall for their flamboyant website toll free number etc. Its 100 percent fraud.

My lawyers and I are working on filing an FIR against then at cyber crime division and Economic offences wing and also alerting the brands Louis Vuitton and Gucci about the same. I will also request everyone to give them google reviews and write about their experience, so that their rating drops, if many complaints are there google will highlight them a top.
