I have ordered a pair of shoes with them on 5/5/21 with complete payment of Rs 24900/-they delivered a wrong item I returned it back have the courier slip with me . They received the item and after that they are just giving excuses , and sometimes not even responding. I have paid the full amount to them.

They only appointed there courier boy to collect wrong item . But after taking that back they are only giving excuses that item is in custom clearance and you cannot get a refund you have to buy the item . Request to kindly arrange for my refund I don’t want any item from them.
