Okay The company is clearly making a fool of customer they are not responding and just making a fool of me by just postponing the dates and not responding, when I am asking them to cancel my order they are not even cancelling it and they are still asking me to just wait and not responding to me in any manner.

I am asking them to provide the tracking or where is my parcel they are not responding me over the call or message. They are just giving me different dates and postponing it. Kindly please look forward towards it.

The total bill amount is approx 13,000 and they are not ready to cancel the order and refund it neither they are providing me with the tracking or exact status of my product.

They ar won’t lifting my phone and once they do they are just asking me to wait for 2-3 days and it would be dispatched. It has been more than 2 weeks they are just asking me to wait that’s it.

They are not responding me Over the chat on WhatsApp they are just reading my messages and ignoring it. Can you please look after it and kindly try to resolve this issue as they are not ready to respond my issue over the call and neither over the chat.
